The large backyard is perfect for grilling and chilling with multiple picnic tables and a nice permanent gazebo for your outdoor dining needs. Also our owners provide beach chairs, beach wagon, cornhole game and even fishing poles. $1000.00 refundable security deposit for all rentals. $300.00 cleaning charge added to all rentals. Week of 7/12 is available @ prime rate. The weeks of 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 8/30 and 9/6 are available at reduced rates.
