Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence, including, but not limited to the completion of any environmental testing, engineering and Hulmeville Borough zoning and approvals. The Bucks County Redevelopment authority may also be able to apply for grants from the state of Pennsylvania to help with any mitigation or development of this land.
