This unit has new mini splits for air conditioning in the unit and beautiful hardwood floors throughout as well as exposed vaulted ceilings that are part of the charm of this unit. The Living Room is the first room you will see off to the left. It has an original stone wall and is a great sized room with lots of natural light. When you come from the Living Room you will see a walk through area that could be used as an office or a place to hang coats, etc. After this area, you will be in the very roomy Dining Room.
